A Passion for Healing
“Openness, Awareness, Willingness. That’s all you need to find wellness and health!” “And, I’d add, desperate for help,” said Ann Boroch in our recent conversation.
She went on to say, “My greatest insight into how to help others came from healing myself.”
Ann has been symptom free for 22 years since her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and has since written three books and begun her own practice to help others find their own path to wellness.
Facing a diagnosis that was a sentence to gradual deterioration of nerve function and a life in bed and a wheelchair Ann determined to find a path of hope. She began to study and explore alternatives to the drugs that at best delayed progress of her disease.
From that study and her own success in halting the symptoms of MS she found her purpose – helping others live in wellness throughout their lives.
Disease comes down to one thing in Ann’s view – Inflammation, which has 4 primary causes:
- Nutritional deficiencies and toxicity from periodic consumption of junk food and the chemicals in our food supply.
- Environmental toxicity from our air, water and food.
- Stress not managed.
- Infections. Candida (fungal overgrowth), viruses, bacteria and parasites.
Treating inflammation is simple yet complex when a plethora of drugs or the lack of knowledge and understanding produces fear and hopelessness.
Educating and simplifying causes and solutions with the design to replace fear and hopelessness with courage and hope is the start point of Ann’s treatment. Addressing the individual situation with a balanced focus spiritually, emotionally and physically is the key.
Personal Accountability for our own decisions about wellness is lacking in today’s pharmaceutical culture where we believe that we need a drug for everything and we need do nothing more than pop a pill to resolve or treat our wellness issues. Yet, the answer lies in finding the right answer for our-selves and making a decision to pursue it.
“Your body is far more intelligent than science will ever catch up to,” says Ann. “It has not forgotten how to heal. You just need to create the right environment for a long enough period of time to remove inflammation and infection.” Said Ann.
Quality of aging is one focus of Ann’s efforts. “One out of 6 of us will contract Alzheimer’s disease, 1 out 2 Cancer, 1 out of 3 Diabetes and 1 out of 5 an auto-immune disease. “Yes”, Ann says, We are living longer, yet the quality of our lives is suffering.”
It is her aim to helps us be:
• Well now.
• Educated about wellness.
• Living in balance.
“So that we age with quality and are able to be Passionately Creative our whole life.”
